Closing the disability employment gap.

We know that finding an inclusive and accessible place to work can be hard - so we’re here to help!

From training organisations on how to support their staff, to giving disabled and neurodivergent people the tools they need to thrive in the workplace, we are committed to making an impact.

Our mission is to provide a circular solution that makes sure everyone wins.

The SIC Mission. Four points circle this and are connected by arrows. 1. Create inclusive work cultures for disabled people. 2. Train disabled and neurodivergent people so they're job ready. 3. Connect disabled and neurodivergent talent with employer

We connect the dots between talented disabled professionals and talent-short organisations.

Employing disabled people is not an act of charity; it’s the smart thing to do. At SIC, we know that disabled people are one of the biggest untapped sources of talent in the UK economy. For organisations, shifting to an inclusive and accessible work culture helps break down barriers for everyone. Ultimately, it contributes to their success and bolsters the economy they operate in.

It’s time that diversity and inclusion initiatives include disability.

Providing valuable solutions to the disabled community - for free.

As a social enterprise, we fund all the support we offer to disabled jobseekers through grants and through our consulting and workshops.

Our goal is to increase the support we offer each year. We provide a range of free events, free e-learning, a monthly newsletter, and our online community magazine as well as cohort-based training opportunities and internships.

When we do hire, we hire from this community.

We then work with companies on best practices for inclusion. You can find out about our business services here. Eventually, our goal is to sustain our operations through our paid work with businesses and commercial organisations.

The work that we do to support disabled individuals to get back into and stay in the job market - will always be free.
