One-to-one and group support with SIC
We offer personalised and group-based support designed to open up opportunities for disabled, chronically ill, and neurodivergent people.
This support is funded, meaning there's no cost to the individual. We work with universities, organisations and funders to provide tailored support such as reverse job fairs, individual traineeships, group training, and both in-person and online programmes.
Our aim is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone can explore what works for them, at their own pace.
We don’t always have this support available, but when we do, the first place to find out is via our newsletter here.
Group training programmes
Learning as part of a group can be one of the best ways of working with us. You learn, build a network of peers, and build confidence all at the same time.
These offerings usually include group training, 1:1 mentorships, and a combination of in-person and online learning
One-to-one support with SIC
We offer one-to-one mentorship and guidance to help people build confidence, develop skills and gain meaningful experience. This might happen as part of a funded internship, a training scheme or a short research project, often arranged in partnership with a university or other organisation.
If you're a student, recent graduate or someone looking for support in a specific area, this kind of one-to-one help can be a great starting point. Often, universities will have pots of money available to pay their students to do these internships and we tend to run them online. Your college or university would be the best people to speak to, and then you can drop us an email via hello@sicofficial.co.uk, and we can see what we can do.

Our one-to-one and group offerings start when funding lands so our newsletter (below) is the best way to know what’s coming up.
Currently, this support is UK only.
